Manuel F. Navedo, PhD, FAHA

Dr. Navedo was born and raised in Puerto Rico, where he also did his undergrad and graduate studies at the University of Puerto Rico. He then moved to the University of Washington, Seattle to complete postdoctoral training in vascular biology and calcium imaging. After several productive years, he then joined the faculty of the Department of Pharmacology at the University of California, Davis.
Madeline Nieves-Cintron, PhD

Dr. Nieves-Cintron was born and raised in Puerto Rico, where she did her undergrad and graduate studies at the University of Puerto Rico. She then moved to the University of Washington, Seattle to complete postdoctoral training in cardiovascular physiology. After successful completion of her training, she subsequently joined the faculty of the Department of Pharmacology at the University of California, Davis.
